1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unnati (“the App”), a product of AiSphereX (https://unnatiguru.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Parent Company

Unnati is owned and operated by AiSphereX, a registered legal entity. All rights, obligations, and liabilities accrue to AiSphereX.

Unnati is a Hindu spiritual wellness app providing:

  • Guided meditation and breathing exercises
  • Virtual Mandir (temple) with daily darshan and rituals
  • Divine sounds including mantras, bhajans, and aarti
  • Spiritual programs for inner peace and mindfulness
  • Vedic wisdom and life guidance through spiritual counselors

Not a Substitute: Unnati is NOT a replacement for professional medical or psychiatric care. In case of emergency, contact local mental health services.

4. User Eligibility

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • If under 18: Parental/guardian consent required
  • Accounts are non-transferable

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account confidentiality
  • Not misuse the service (spam, harassment, illegal content)
  • Not reverse-engineer the AI technology

6. Privacy & Data

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Unnati, you consent to data collection and processing as described.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, designs, and trademarks are property of AiSphereX. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Subscription & Payments

Unnati offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

  • Unnati Monthly Premium: 1-month subscription, billed monthly
  • Unnati Quarterly: 3-month subscription, billed every 3 months

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Free Trial: Where offered, the free trial period will be specified at the time of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone/iPad Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. See Refund Policy for more details.

9. Limitation of Liability

AiSphereX is not liable for:

  • Accuracy of AI-generated advice
  • Mental health outcomes
  • Service interruptions
  • Third-party content

Maximum Liability: Limited to amount paid in last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend/terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Legal requirements

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
