• Duration: As specified (e.g., 7/14 days)
• Cancel anytime during trial: No charge
• Auto-converts to paid unless cancelled

2. Subscription Cancellation

Monthly/Annual Plans:

• Cancel anytime from app settings
• Access continues until end of billing period
• No pro-rata refunds for unused time

How to Cancel:

1. Go to Settings → Subscription
2. Click “Cancel Subscription”
3. Confirm cancellation

3. Refund Eligibility

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

• New subscribers only
• Within 7 days of first payment
• Email: info@unnatiguru.in with reason

NOT Eligible:

• After 7 days
• Renewals (2nd month onwards)
• Promotional/discounted plans (unless legally required)

4. Refund Process

• Approved requests: 7-10 business days
• Refund to original payment method
• Email confirmation sent

If service unavailable for 48+ hours:

• Eligible for pro-rata credit/refund

6. Chargebacks
