Your Right to Delete

Per GDPR and Indian data protection laws, you can request complete data deletion.

What Gets Deleted

• Account information (name, email, phone)
• All mental health data (journals, mood logs, conversations)
• Usage history
• Preferences and settings

What We Retain (Legal Requirements)

• Transaction records (7 years for tax/audit)
• Anonymized analytics (no personal identifiers)

How to Request Deletion

Method 1: In-App

1. Settings → Account → Delete Account
2. Confirm deletion
3. Processed within 30 days

Method 2: Email Email: info@unnatiguru.in Include:

• Registered email
• Account phone number
• Reason (optional)

Timeline

• Immediate: Account deactivated
• 30 Days: Complete deletion from active systems
• 90 Days: Removed from backups

Confirmation

You’ll receive email confirmation once deletion is complete.

Cannot Be Reversed

Data deletion is permanent. Re-registration creates new account.
